All players listed above are required to complete the online registration form by 6pm, Monday 14th October 2019. (There is a MyCricket issue so please follow the link below in a few days’ time).

If for any reason you are unable to do so, please contact BEARS Coaching Director - Chris Davies (0419 228 208) immediately. Shadow players will be contacted Monday 14th October should they be required.

Championship Cost = $1,000.00
BEARS have been advertising these costs for several months to allow parents and players time to prepare. It is BEARS policy that all payments are to be made prior to collecting uniforms which is Friday 8th November 2019.

If this is not possible, you are required to contact Ryan Orbell on (0407 724 238) or treasurer@bears.org.au  as soon as possible to discuss other arrangements.

 

 

Payment:

BEAR’S preferred payment method to collect Carnival fee’s is by direct deposit. There will be no Eftpos machine available on Uniform Night.  Unless you are paying by cash or cheque on the Friday night (this is not preferred), please use the Direct Deposit or Credit Card options before Friday night 8th November 2019.  BEARS preferred payment option is Direct Deposit.

Payment by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) can be made through the PlayCricket Online Registration and Payment system. Instructions for this are as follows:

    1. Select the team that your child is participating in (e.g. BEARS U12 State Team, BEARS U13 Development Team Ballina etc).

    2. Click “Register”

    3. Please ensure you know your child's MyCricket ID number and password. If you don't know the password, click 'Forgot Password'.
      This will take you to a new screen that will ask you for a MyCricket ID; a new password will be sent to the email which is linked to the MyCricket account with a password allowing you to log in.

    4. Follow the rest of the prompts in order to complete your registration.

Uniforms & Clothing:

When: Friday 8th November. (4-30pm to 8-00pm)
Where: Muddies Cricket Club (Redlands Multi Sports Club) cnr Bailey Rd & Randall Rd, Birkdale. 

Uniforms for all players need to be collected on this day.

Your Team Manager will be in contact with you to advise your team’s arrival time as a group.

You will be collecting:  2 x Playing Shirts, 1 x Travel Shirt, 2 x Training/Travel Shorts, 1 x Training Cap, 1 x Broad Brim Hat, 2 x Drink Bottles, 1 x BEAR’s back pack & 1 x BEAR’s cricket kit bag.

To keep carnival costs at manageable levels, carnival costs have been reduced by removing the cost of BEAR’s kit bags and back packs. If this is your first representative carnival then these items are compulsory and will need to be purchased. If you already have a BEAR’s kit bag & back pack then these items can be purchased as optional extras.

BEAR’s cricket kit bags $120.00

BEAR’s Back packs $45.00.

Your Team Manager will be in contact to take a single order from the entire team should you need these items and you will be sent a separate invoice for these.

BEARS official Caps will be presented at a special Cap Presentation evening.



Cap Presentation Evening:
When: Sunday 17th November. (5-30pm)
Where: Muddies Cricket Club (Redlands Multi Sports Club) cnr Bailey Rd & Randall Rd, Birkdale. 

Info: At approximately 6:00pm the evening meal will commence being served. A hamburger and soft drink will be supplied to each player and team official at no cost. Parents are welcome to purchase burgers for $6 and soft drinks for $1. Tickets can be purchased from Ryan Orbell on arrival at 5:30pm. Parents will also be able to purchase drinks over the bar.

After everyone has eaten, the official presentation will commence at approximately 6:30pm - 6:45pm. All players are required to be dressed in their full BEARS dress uniform and be seated with their team during the presentation. Receiving your BEARS playing cap is an honour and publicly recognizes your cricketing achievement. Should you be unable to attend due to special circumstances please notify your team manager ASAP.
